Recipe and Ingredients
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup of milk(i used almond)
2 eggs 1/3 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp. chia seeds(we used Chia bia)
Put all ingredients into Nutri bullet or similar blender or bowl and blend all the ingredients together. Add a tablespoon of coconut oil or olive oil to a pan over medium heat and pop 1-2 round circles of mixture on pan. After about a minute or so you will notice bubbles appearing so turn over pancakes and cook for another 2 mins approximately over medium heat and your pancake should now be ready. Serve with fresh fruit + yoghurt or home made nutella with some raspberries or my favouite is fresh lemon juice and a little brown sugar.
