Nutrition & Mindset Consultations are available onsite or online and will provide employees with specific tips to suit their own personal needs(a Bespoke private consultation)

This includes:

• Nutrition & Lifestyle analysis ( a simple questionnaire can be completed)
• Simple healthy recipes to suit individual concerns(to help digestion, stress, immune, sleep, blood pressure, cholesterol,)
• Nutrition & Lifestyle recommendations including supplement recommendations
• Weigh ins with individual print out from the “Tanita” Body Fat Analyser machine(only available onsite) and measurements include BMI, body fat, visceral fat, and degree of obesity.
• Full support from a qualified and experienced nutritionist and mindset consultant
