Simple Brown Linseed (Low Carb)

Recipe and Ingredients for Simple Brown Linseed Bread (Low Carb)

Bread is rich in  in fibre, hormone balancing, high in Omega 3’s and great for skin health

  • 200gs of ground flaxseeds/linseeds (Use Nutri bullet or blender to mill up seeds)
  • 4 eggs (large)
  • 7 tbsps. olive oil
  • 7 tbsps. of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. of baking powder and use gluten free baking powder if you want to make recipe gluten free
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan/Sea salt

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well together.
Pour into a 1 lb baking loaf tin (lined with parchment paper) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 30 minutes (depending on oven)
Serve a slice or two with hummus/piece of chicken/fish and a bowl of soup for a lovely lunch/supper option or with have some with peanut/almond butter/hummus or again another lunch option could be served with a tasty simple green salad + a chicken or beef or egg or bean salad.😋
Any remaining bread can be kept for 2-3 days somewhere cool all wrapped up or in tupperware container (bread bin or possibly the fridge) and would ideally be toasted and still so Yummy 😋!! Enjoy!
