Ciara’s Crunchy Cookies Recipe & Ingredients
- 2 mashed bananas
- 130g’s or 2 cups oats(grounded or whole)(Use gluten free oats if you want to make gluten free cookies)
- 75g’s or 1/3 cup of almond butter
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsps. honey
Heat oven to 180 C.
Put a layer of parchment paper on a baking tray and set aside.
Add all of the ingredients into a bowl. Mix them all together so they are mixed up very well.
Make up into 12 small balls with the cookie mixture and flatten.
Place on baking tray and bake for 20 minutes until baked.
Once baked place on tray and allow to cool.
Cookies (if any left) can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for 5-7 days . These are so yummy and 😋😋so simple to make.
