Once you join my Nutrition & Mindset Coaching “Spring into Energy” programme you will get access to the dedicated membership site that houses the recordings and handouts and tips..
You will have 24/7 access to a private Facebook community where I will also give you support to make sure you have everything you need. This is the place where you will have your questions answered, share resources, content and experiences as well as support and encourage each other and where other members will support you too.

FAQs

When does it start? 
Once you sign up you will be invited into the group by 7th March and programme commences 15th March. You can spend a few days settling in and doing some prep work until everyone is ready to go.

How long does the program last for?
This is officially a 4 week programme but you have access to the programme content after the programme has completed in case you’d like to revisit again at some stage.

If I am not good online will I find it difficult?
I promise we make it as simple as possible and if you can open an email you will be well able for the technology.
