Mary can deliver an Employee Wellbeing Program at lunch time (Lunch and Learn) and also breakfast talks to cover a range of health and nutrition topics normally run over 45-60 minutes. These relaxed and informative talks fit into company employee wellbeing programs and highlight key issues facing employees today. They are presented in an interactive, engaging manner providing practical advice to enable staff to take steps to change their diet and lifestyle.

SHIFT WORK NUTRITION TALKS
Mary Carmody can deliver all her Nutrition Talks to employees working shift work hours. Please contact Mary with your specific requirements and preferred times.
A TASTER NUTRITION TALK
on “Why Nutrition is the Medicine of Life” including weigh ins with private individual print outs for people to get their visceral fat, bmi, metabolic age and much more measured with the Tanita scales( same scales as on Operation Transformation).
The ‘Taster Talk’ will also incorporate elements of the 6-week Nutrition 4 Life programme for your employees whilst placing an emphasis on the specific areas requested. Please see below for a brief outline.
- Pre-talk preparation including sampling of smoothies and snacks
- Half hour setup on-site
- 45 minute talk covering the topics below
- Why Nutrition
- Energy foods
- Immune boosting foods
- Incorporating snacks and smoothies, a recipe handout and a smoothie demo
- One hour of body analysis for staff following the talk using the Tanita scales
- Allow 2- 2.5 hours for Mary onsite for this event.
HEALTHY SNACKS IN THE WORKPLACE
Most people really struggle when it comes to eating healthy snacks. In this presentation, Mary will show why it is so important to manage your blood sugars (which can help you prevent obesity or diabetes etc.) –
Mary will also provide employees with recipes for protein balls, energy bars, simple tasty hummus recipes, guacamoles, granolas and much more.
